How and Why We Use Your Data
We always ensure we have a valid legal reason to use your data. Most often, we use it to fulfill our contracts with you, look after our legitimate business interests, or because you have given us your direct consent. Specifically, we use it to:
- Process your orders, discuss your projects, handle invoices, and deliver the services you require.
- Maintain our internal business records and improve what we do.
- Customise our website experience based on your preferences.

Sharing Your Information Safely
We will never sell, lease, or distribute your personal details to third parties for marketing purposes. To run our studio efficiently, we work with a few trusted cloud services that securely process data on our behalf, including outside of the UK:
- Xero: We share basic billing and transaction details with our cloud accounting platform to issue manual invoices and manage our accounts safely.
- iZettle / PayPal: When you pay by card, your payment details are handled securely by Zettle. We never store your full credit card numbers on our own systems.
- Mailchimp: If you choose to join our mailing list, your name and email address are securely synchronized with our newsletter platform.
All our partners use strict industry-standard encryption and legal security frameworks to protect your data, regardless of where their servers are located globally. We only hold onto your information for as long as legally required for business and tax reporting purposes.
